IPS has been involved in building / construction and commissioning of numerous commercial PV Solar Power Plants, not only in South Africa, but all over the African continent. We have extensive experience in leading construction teams from breaking ground to the integration and professional commissioning of the systems to reach Commercial Operations / COD. Drilling and Fencing

Our fleet of heavy duty rotary drilling rigs (Type Bauer BG series) allow to drill through soft/hard rock as well through underground obstacles. Ductile Pile – efficient piling solution for remote areas. No pile spoil and no site mess. Piles are stress load tested during installation. Made from 100% recycled materials, excellent carbon footprint, envionmentally friendly piling system. Corrosion resistance up to 100 years structural service life. A variety of fencing options are availabale for specific site requirements, from laydown fencing, site closure to substation fencing.

Seokang Piling Limited

With our fleet of heavy-duty rotary drilling rigs

(Type Bauer BG series) allow to drill through soft/hard rock as well as through underground obstacles/boulders. Where required and to stabilise surrounding soils, a temporary casing will be oscillated to a defined depth and by using a telescopic Kelly bar, the soils will the be removed by special drilling tools which vary from ordinary to soil drilling tools to extreme hard rock drilling tools (augers, buckets and core barrels).

Ductile Pile:
Pile tubes are made from ductile cast iron and are manufactured in 5.0m lengths. The conical spigot end and the exactly filling plug – in socket enable rapid and secure connection of tubes

Efficient piling solution for remote areas with no pile spoil and no site mess (full displacement pile). Fast production rate for end-bearing & friction piles.

Plies are stress load tested during installation and are made from 100% recycled materials, excellent carbon footprint, environmentally friendly piling systems with corrosion resistance up to 100 years.

Geotechnical Investigation:

We are equipped with databases relating to a wide variety of technical information on ground investigation, test and measurement, ranging from ground & drilling investigation to geophysical exploration and they are thus used wisely to plan the preliminary design of foundations, suitable recommendations.
